1. Entertainment product — not gambling

DON'T PRESS THE BUTTON is an entertainment website where users pay for temporary digital status. There is no prize pool, no cash payout to “winners,” and no return of stakes. Holding the button longer or more often does not entitle you to money from the Operator or other users.

If your local law treats similar products as regulated gambling, lottery, or prize competitions, do not use paid features. The Operator may geo-block payments and is not responsible for unlawful use in your jurisdiction.

2. India-specific notice

The Service is operated as a paid digital entertainment / media experience. It is not intended as a game of chance for monetary prizes under Indian prize-competition or gambling frameworks. Users in India must be 18+ and should only spend discretionary entertainment budgets. State-level restrictions may still apply; comply with local rules where you reside.

This notice does not constitute legal advice. Engage Indian counsel before accepting live payments at scale, registering GST if required, and confirming category classification with Dodo Payments during KYC.

3. No investment advice

Nothing on the Service is an offer to sell securities, a promise of profit, or financial advice. Money spent is an entertainment expense that may be lost when someone outbids you.

4. User-generated promo content

Links and pitches posted by holders are their responsibility. The Operator does not endorse third-party sites. Report illegal or abusive promo content to pdarshan888@gmail.com.

5. No government endorsement

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency in India or elsewhere.
