Payment Disclosure

This disclosure describes how payments work on DON'T PRESS THE BUTTON for users and for payment-partner (including Dodo Payments) compliance reviews.

1. Payment processor

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (and its card, wallet, and local payment partners). Available methods depend on your region and checkout configuration. The Operator never receives or stores your full card number or CVV.

2. What you are buying

You are purchasing digital entertainment status: temporary public ownership of the live button and related in-product display features. You are not purchasing:

• cash prizes, jackpots, or return of stake;
• investments, securities, or deposits;
• physical goods;
• a guaranteed duration of ownership (others may outbid you).

Checkout descriptions will identify the purchase as a button takeover / digital status fee for the amount you selected.

3. Pricing

You choose a bid amount at or above the minimum next bid shown on the site (whole currency units; must beat the current holder). The server validates the amount before creating a Dodo Payments checkout session. Currency defaults to USD. Amounts may be shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

4. Authorisation and capture

By confirming checkout you authorise Dodo Payments to charge the stated amount. Ownership is granted only after payment capture is verified (return URL confirmation and/or Dodo Payments webhook). Duplicate or race payments are handled per the Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited use of payments

Do not use the Service for money laundering, funding illegal activity, or any purpose banned by Dodo Payments' terms or applicable law. We may refuse or reverse transactions and report suspicious activity.

6. Records

Keep Dodo Payments transaction / payment IDs for your records. This product is positioned as a paid digital entertainment service, not a prize competition under contest/lottery framing.
